Malaysians’ Working Arrangements – 2021
With most States in Malaysia moving into Phase 2/3 of the National Recovery Plan (NRP) in 3Q’21, most businesses have been allowed to resume operations fully. With that, more than half of the Malaysians (52%) are also seen to be fully back in the office working. However, there is a minority of the Malaysians who still remain Working From Home (WFH) (24%), or having some sort hybrid (work in office & home) arrangements (24%) with their organizations. Among the various communication tools in the market – WhatsApp, Zoom and Google Meet are the top 3 that Malaysians use the most while WFH.
